This project is a series of three projects that were presented to the client as a proposal for the possible development of an Oceanview property in Playas de Tijuana, Baja California, Mexico. The client was presented with three options, a mix-use option, a low-rise residential option, and a commercial option. The project presented here is a 53,148 square foot mix-use project that was designed with underground parking to maximize the above-ground space of its narrow lot, four levels of the apartment each with four units, and a roof terrace. The single-story commercial area of the project was designed with the intent of housing two anchor businesses, nine partitioned flexible spaces, and parking at ground level.
